1. Services Provided

DoubleBrush Services offers painting, cabinet refinishing, bathtub reglazing, drywall repair, and related home‑improvement services in Hackensack, Bergen County, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates, based on the information provided at the time of inspection or inquiry.
Final pricing may change if project conditions differ from what was originally described.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

3. Booking & Cancellations

A scheduled appointment is considered confirmed once both parties agree on a date and time.
Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
If we arrive and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Materials or special‑order items may require a deposit.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality results, customers agree to:

Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area.
Remove personal items, valuables, or fragile objects from the workspace.
Ensure pets and children are kept away from active work zones.
Disclose any known issues (water damage, mold, structural problems, etc.) that may affect the project.

DoubleBrush Services is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service type:

Painting & Refinishing: Warranty covers peeling or adhesion issues caused by workmanship for a limited period.
Bathtub Reglazing: Warranty covers adhesion failure, excluding damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or misuse.
Drywall Repair: Warranty covers cracking or separation caused by workmanship.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or external factors.
Pre‑existing conditions or structural issues.
Normal wear and tear.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DoubleBrush Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
