At DoubleBrush Services, we take pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship and reliable service. Because each project is customized and labor‑based, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
1. Service Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit to secure materials or reserve your appointment.

Deposits are non‑refundable once materials are purchased or scheduling is confirmed.

If a project is canceled before materials are purchased, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
2. Completed Services
Because our services involve labor, materials, and time spent on‑site:

Completed services are non‑refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with the workmanship, we will inspect the issue and provide a repair or correction at no additional cost when the issue is covered under our workmanship warranty.
3. Workmanship Issues
If a problem arises due to workmanship:

We will return to fix the issue at no charge.

If the issue is caused by misuse, external damage, or conditions outside our control, repairs may incur additional fees.
Refunds are not provided for workmanship issues; instead, we resolve the problem through repair or correction.
4. Special‑Order Materials
For custom or special‑order items:

These materials are non‑refundable once ordered.

If a project is canceled after ordering, the cost of materials will be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be eligible for a partial refund if no materials have been purchased.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

If we arrive and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.
6. Bathtub Reglazing & Refinishing Services
Due to the nature of reglazing and refinishing:

Refunds are not available once the service has begun.

If adhesion issues occur within the warranty period, we will repair or recoat the affected area.
7. No‑Show or Access Issues
If our team arrives and cannot perform the work due to:

Locked property

Unsafe conditions

Unprepared work area
A trip fee or rescheduling fee may apply. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments caused by access issues.
